Buyer pays for shipping costs and insurance if required.

We ship Worldwide. Buyers are responsible for duty tax/fees. It is not included in shipping charges.

If there is an error in your order please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We accept returns for credit or exchange. Refunds are issued if item is returned in the same condition as sent, excluding shipping and insurance cost. Returned merchandise must be received within 7 days of date from which you contacted us regarding the return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs which will not be reimbursed.

Repairs are available for no charge. Please contact us to arrange repairs.

Damage Policy:

We take extra care in packaging to prevent damage or breakage. However, if your order arrives damaged you must work with USPS & UPS to file a claim. USPS normally wants to see the entire order including all contents and all original packaging material. UPS requires you save same as they may wish to inspect and/or pick-up. They will send a claim form to us for processing, which we then forward to you. Do not repack or return the damaged item to us unless instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to issue a refund.

All prices are in U.S. currency and shipping and handling is not included unless otherwise stated.

We accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards through google check out and paypal. Orders paid by money order or checks are held 8 days to clear unless prior arrangements are made, if payment has not been received within that time, the hold will be removed and item will return to stock.

Orders will be shipped not more than 5 days after receipt.
